Fantastic experience from the jump. Chris was punctual, direct and above all honest and trustworthy. Everything was explained, and all questions were answered. Installation was for 24 windows! Installation crew, Danny and his crew, had multiple and very specific tasks- they all knew what to do and when to do it. The attention to detail was nothing short of phenomenal. The windows look GREAT, the site was cleaned up and completed in one (1) day.

Since these are custom-made, the wait time is quite understandable.
The quality of the windows exceeded our expectations. The installation took almost the entire day and Window World was gracious enough to agree to work around my work schedule. The installation team was punctual in observing the appointment time and courteous throughout the entire process. All debris from the replacement were removed and the work area tidied up. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the entire process from the onset.

I chose Window World because I saw how fantastic of a job they did on my neighbors' doors and windows. I replaced all of windows, front door, and a sliding door. All this was done in a day! On windy days I no longer hear the rattle of my old windows nor the noise from the street. My house stays cooler during summer and warmer in the winter saving me from high energy bills.
