We had a great experience working with Chris Woo at Window World. He was easy to work with and made the entire process simple from start to finish. The installation was quick and smooth, and the new windows and patio door along with the venting work we did have made a noticeable difference. We have already seen a significant reduction in our energy bills and could not be happier with the results. Highly recommend Chris and Window World.

Very professional installation.
Installers are very attentive, respectful and they know what they're doing, they deserve a bonus.
Never heard a bad word from them, they cleaned everything before leaving, I would recommend Window World on a heart beat.

I highly recommended Window World for window and patio door installation. Chris Woo was our Window World Design Consultant. He took his time explaining things to us, answered any questions we had, and overall had great communication skills. He gave us a great deal on our whole home including our patio door. He made the process very quick and easy! The window installation itself was great. The team who did the installation were quick, efficient, and cleaned up after they were done. We are very happy we chose Window World.

I previously posted about my excellent experience. Now I want
to rave about the sound difference. It's blowing really hard outside. I can see the trees moving in the strong wind, but there's no sound. Their ad is correct! Also, during the 96° high my ambient temperature reached 78°. Amazing!
Thanks Window World!

this is our first time using Window World El Paso and our experience has been nothing but great. Chris Woo, our design consultant, was extremely professional and kind and answered all of our questions. and our installer Luis and his crew were absolutely amazing. they started in a specific room that i asked and got our entire house done in around 5 hours. it was so fast and easy and made the entire process enjoyable. we’re so happy with our windows and are going to recommend Window World of Southwest Texas to everyone who’s looking!

I met Chris Woo and he is so very knowledgeable. He took the time to go over the brochure and ask me how many doors and windows I have in my home as well as my front door. He was very transparent about a timeline With the holidays coming up. He offered a free estimate which I will have done very soon. I am very excited to explore options for upgrading my home. I am very impressed by Mr. Woo and I’m sure that he and Marco Salcido will take great care of me.
