My husband and I purchased new windows for our home on June 13, 2009. We expected to wait 4-6 weeks for our windows to arrive and be installed. To everyone’s surprise, the windows were received early on July 6, 2009. There was a cancellation and we were called to see if the windows could be installed the next day on July 7, 2009.

Kelly’s crew came out and put in 13 windows in one day! The job was professionally done, the windows are fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier. I can’t say enough good things about the crew who worked around some of the items that were difficult to move at the last minute (like a king sized water bed), They were wonderful. I have recommended Window World to several friends and family members. Thanks again for a great job and a great product.

The guys from Window World were on time… got here when they said they would… ain’t that great!!! The job was not the easiest one… three large windows.. second floor.. over the driveway.

The crew was great! Like I said, the job was tough and taking the old windows out was rough and dirty… but they did a great job in keeping the house clean and spent some time after the windows were installed picking up and leaving everything in good shape.

The windows are great… this is the second set of windows we have purchased from Window World and we are most satisfied.

The product is great… the installation team is great… we are most satisfied.

When the job was finished they spent some time answering several questions that we had and making a couple of adjustments to our first Window World installation. Everything now is top notch.
